Welcome to EasyChoice Homebuyers LLC. By engaging in communication with us, using our website, or participating in a property sale with us, you (“Client,” “Seller,” “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Offered

EasyChoice Homebuyers LLC is a real estate investment company that purchases residential properties for cash. In addition to acquisition, we may market the property, partner with third parties for remodeling or rehabilitation, and manage or facilitate resale through our investor network. We do not act as licensed agents or brokers in these transactions.

2. No Agency Relationship

Use of our services does not create a real estate agent or broker relationship. We are direct buyers and do not act on behalf of sellers or buyers in a licensed real estate brokerage capacity.

3. Property Evaluation & Offers

All offers are subject to due diligence, including title review, inspection, and internal underwriting. Offers are not binding until signed by both parties.

4. Communications and Recordings

By contacting us, you agree to receive communications via phone, text, email, or postal mail. Where permitted by law, you consent to call recording for quality assurance and legal documentation. You also acknowledge and consent that information you provide may be used to assist in the marketing, renovation, or resale of the property, including sharing non-sensitive details with our trusted partners or vendors as necessary.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Falsifying property details or ownership may result in the termination of any offer or transaction. Providing accurate and complete information ensures a smooth process for you and enables us to make informed decisions regarding the property’s evaluation, marketing, and potential resale.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyChoice Homebuyers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyChoice Homebuyers LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your participation in a transaction.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, MI.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued interaction with us after changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Third-Party Referrals (When We're Not a Fit)

In certain cases, we may determine that EasyChoice Homebuyers LLC is not the ideal buyer for your property due to location, price, condition, or other factors. When this occurs, we may identify a trusted third party—such as another investment company, licensed real estate brokerage, or agent—who may better assist you in achieving your goals.

We may offer to refer you to such parties solely in an effort to help you meet your objectives, whether that involves maximizing your return or closing within a specific time frame.

 

We will never share your information with any third party without your explicit permission. If you agree to such a referral, you acknowledge that the third party will operate independently under their own terms, and EasyChoice Homebuyers LLC is not responsible for their conduct, services, or results. We do, however, wish to know about your satisfaction (or otherwise) in your dealings with anyone we recommend as we go out of our way to be sure any person we try to help is always receiving the utmost care and professionalism, integrity and forthright honesty.
